Refund and Returns Policy

The cancellation of the order is only possible within 2 hours after placing the order. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible. Upon receipt of this cancellation request, the Client will be refunded within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days.

From the receipt of the products, the client has a period of 14 clear days to withdraw, without reason or cost except for the return costs which will then be at his expense (unless the exercise of the right of withdrawal is due to an error on our part in preparing the order or in the case of the implementation of the legal or conventional guarantee) the estimated amount of which varies depending on the type of product and its weight. When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

Only the price of the returned products will be refunded as well as the initial shipping costs of these. This refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the products by our company. The refund of the price of these products will be made according to the initial payment method used by the client at the time of purchase. No COD (cash on delivery) shipments will be accepted for any reason.

This right of withdrawal can only be accepted for products returned no later than 14 days after the customer’s decision to withdraw and provided they are returned new, complete (especially with their accessories), in their original condition, their original packaging, and can be offered for sale again.

Returned products, especially incomplete, damaged, damaged, stained, or soiled by the customer will not be taken back.

Thus, any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged beyond its simple opening will not be refunded.

The right of withdrawal according to article L221-28 paragraph of the consumer code is not possible when the product has been personalized according to the customer’s specifications.

We only accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

  1. products with manufacturing defects
  2. incorrect products. Please inform us within 72 hours of receiving your order at the delivery address.

Your return package must include a copy of the invoice for the item you wish to return. Katana UK will check the returned item within three working days of the package’s arrival.

We will send you a new product to your address or proceed with a refund on your credit card (or the original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on the policies of your credit card issuer. *Shipping charges for the return of the item are at your expense. Shipping charges are not refundable.

When you wish to return/exchange the item for the above reasons, we strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Please send the tracking number of the returned item by email. We will NOT be able to proceed with the refund or exchange of an item until it has been successfully delivered.


Personalized products are all products in the store that can be personalized with photos and/or videos and/or text. These are gifts made from your own raw materials (photos, text, etc.). These are highly personalized products. As these products cannot be remarketed, you have no right of withdrawal on our custom-made products. However, in the event that the specifications provided by you have not been respected by Katana UK, we undertake to replace your product with another that strictly complies with the specifications.
